OUR PRINTING PROCESS :
Most of our website orders are printed via DTF unless specified otherwise. DTF stands for Direct To Film. This technique involves printing a design directly onto a film and then transferring it to apparel made of cotton, polyester, or blends, regardless of their color, as it can work with white ink. We do offer Screen Printing for bulk orders of 24 or more. We also offer several print methods to achieve glitter, puff and florescent designs. Please contact us in you’re interested in any of those services.
PROCESSING TIMES :
We try our hardest to work on a 5-7 business day turnaround time. If you need it quicker please contact us for availability to rush your order.
Shipping typically takes 2-5 days via USPS First Class. Priority shipping is available during checkout to get it shipped faster!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES :
All items are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, we CANNOT accepts returns. However, depending on the situation we can try to offer an exchange. If you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us immediately as we want to work with you the best we can. If anything is received damaged please contact us ASAP with pictures.
